Man Charged After Dog Attack In Fairfield County, Police Say A Fairfield County man was charged after two of his dogs allegedly got loose and attacked a miniature horse. Brian Andronaco Sr., age 58, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 19, in Wilton. He was charged with two counts of having a nuisance animal, roaming dog, and a failure to comply with a restraining order, said Lieutenant Gregg Phillipson, of the Wilton Police. Madelin Rodriguez, age 32, of the Bronx, was arrested by police around noon on Saturday,  Aug. 7 at the People's United Bank in Wilton. A bank employee told officers that Rodriguez attempted to make a withdrawal of $4,500 from a checking account, said Wilton Police Lieutenant Gregg Phillipson.
