Weston Man Caught Driving Under Influence On Newtown Turnpike, Wilton Police Say A 70-year-old man was nabbed for DUI after police caught him allegedly driving drunk on the Newtown Turnpike in Wilton. Bruce Edward Lorentzen, of Weston, was arrested around 3:17 p.m. on Dec. 18, after Wilton Police officers responded to the turnpike in the area of Stonebridge Road on a report of a drunk driver, Wilton police said. Woman With Active Warrant Taken Into Custody In Wilton A 25-year-old woman was arrested by Wilton Police on an active warrant while being interviewed in connection with another case.  Rachel Ragone, of Kings Park, was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 6, after police learned she was wanted an active warrant for failure to appear for automobile charges in 2016 in Fairfield, said Wilton Police Lt. Robert Kluk. She was processed and released on $1,000 bond. Ragone is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 16.

Daniel McGraw of Wilton was arrested on Friday, Oct. 19, after Wilton Police responded to Pat Gilbertie Plumbing on Danbury Road, for a reported assault, said Lt. Robert Kluk.  Upon arrival, the victim told officers that he had been pushed multiple times by McGraw over a wage dispute, Kluk said. Police: Wilton Man Arrested After Violating Restraining Order In New Canaan A Wilton man has been charged with violating a restraining order after an incident that occurred in New Canaan, police said. The man, 57-year-old Kevin Miller, was charged after New Canaan Police say they took a complaint at 10:10 p.m. on Friday, June 22 from the victim. Wilton Police assisted New Canaan Police who traveled to Miller's home on Ruscoe Road to take him into custody. Miller was processed at New Canaan Police Headquarters and released on $10,000 bond.
