Adjacent Business Properties Just Off Long Island Expressway In Nassau Purchased For $21.25M
Two adjacent properties near the Long Island Expressway have been sold for $21.25 million, according to a new report.
Long Island Business News reported on Monday, Jan. 10, that Rockefeller Group purchased a 50,559-square-foot office building, which is located at 1 Media Crossways in Woodbury, and a 10,291-square-foot industrial building, located at 200 Crossways Park Drive West.
The office building property was sold for $10.25 million, and the industrial building property was sold for $11 million, the site said.

A man was convicted for his role in a pattern burglary ring that targeted homes in gated communities on the North Shore of Long Island.
Brayan Castano, 33, of Elmhurst, Queens, was convicted on Friday, Oct. 22 in a jury trial of seven counts of burglary in the second degree, attempted burglary in the second degree, and possession of burglar’s tools.
Castano was acquitted of one count of burglary in the second degree. The trial began on Monday, Sept. 20. The jury deliberated for just over a day before rendering a verdict. Castano is due back for sentencing Tuesday, Jan. 11.
