New details have emerged about the apparent murder-suicide at a Worcester apartment complex in mid-August.
In the months leading up to her death, Megan McNeil bailed her alleged killer, Trey Mahone, out of jail twice before he fatally shot her, according to court documents.
The homicides happened on Aug. 17, when Worcester Police responded to a Huntington Avenue home at around 12:55 a.m. for a report of two people shot, police said. Worcester: Arrests Made In Deadly King Street Shooting
Worcester Police have arrested two people connected to a deadly shooting on King Street.
On Wednesday, Aug. 5, police said that they arrested: Jacob Grice, 35, Amber Gravel, 27, both of Worcester.
Grice has been charged with assault and battery by firearm, assault, and battery by means of a dangerous weapon resulting in serious bodily injury, unlawfully carrying a firearm, unlawfully carrying a loaded firearm, possession of ammo without an FID card, tracking in a Class B substance, police said.
Gravel was charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder.

Third Shooting This Week: Worcester Police Search For Victim
May Street was blocked off last night, Tuesday, July 28, after gunshots were fired near Winfield Street.
Police said they were unable to locate a victim. Officers were alerted to the area by ShotSpotter, a gunshot detection system.
This is the third new gunfire incident police are investigating since Monday, July 27.
There was a shooting early on Tuesday, July 28, on Freeland Street - a 19-year-old man was injured.
