Two rowdy Mahwah hotel guests who overstayed and then didn’t pay were nabbed with 900 tabs of LSD for sale, authorities said.
Officers John Rodriguez and Michael Dombroski were dispatched to the Route 17 hotel after management called for help, Police Chief James N. Batelli said.
Besides a refusal to pay, there had been complaints of “excessive noise, knocking on doors, etc., and that the guests had stayed beyond the authorized checkout time,” he said.
