Westchester Man To Be Sentenced For Wife's Fatal Stabbing Julius Reich, who admitted to killing his wife in their Scarsdale home more than two years ago, is due to appear in court this week for sentencing. In May, Reich, 63, has pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter, a violent felony, in the fatal stabbing of his wife, Robin Goldman, who was a pediatrician at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. It was the first homicide in Scarsdale in nearly four decades. Reich will face up to 25 years in state prison. First Woman Named Metro-North President Catherine Rinaldi has been named the first female president of Metro-North Railroad.  Rinaldi, has served as acting president of Metro-North since July 2017, and previously was Metro-North’s executive vice president, beginning in 2015.  On Wednesday, Feb. 21 she was officially named president.  She replaces Joe Giulietti who resigned last July after three years leading the railroad.
