Animal Abuse Video Under Investigation In Yonkers: Police Police in Westchester County are investigating an incident of animal cruelty in the wake of a video on social media depicting a man throwing a dog.  The investigation into the video was announced by Yonkers Police on Wednesday, Jan. 25, who said that the video of the animal mistreatment was taken within the city.  The video shows a man picking a dog up and throwing it into a metal garage door.
