Ninoska Santos-Cruz was charged Dec. 28 with murder in the death of Joselito Pagan-Ocasio, who was found dead in a home on the 300 block of E. Cheyenne Skye Wolfe, 15, of Millersville, ran away from Penn Manor High School on Oct. 18 around 10 a.m., according to a release by police. Wolfe may have gone to York City and could "be residing with associates," as the release states. Wolfe is described as a white female with hazel eyes and red hair who is 5 feet and 6 inches tall.
