Joseph Manuel Maldonado-Vallespi, 34, of York, has been charged with two felony charges for "Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver," according to his court docket.

US Marshals, York City police GVI Unit and York County Drug Task Force conducted the search of a residence in the 3900 block of West Waverly Court in York on Wednesday, according to a police release.
