Protestors had gathered at the state Capitol on Monday morning to call for the arrest of the officer who fatally shot 15-year-old Jayson Negron. On Oct. 2, police responded to the area of Route 58 and Burr Street in Easton after receiving several reports of a vehicle rolled over on its side, police said.
