Seven Arrested At Protest For Bridgeport Teen Fatally Shot By Cop BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Seven people were arrested in Hartford on Monday at a protest calling for justice for a 15-year-old Bridgeport resident fatally shot by police in May, according to the Hartford Courant. Protestors had gathered at the state Capitol on Monday morning to call for the arrest of the officer who fatally shot 15-year-old Jayson Negron. Bridgeport Police Officer James Boulay shot Negron on May 9. Police said that Negron was driving a stolen car and had accelerated toward police, hitting at least one officer. Easton Police: Fairfield Woman Crashed Car, Sent Boyfriend Into The Woods EASTON, Conn. -- A Fairfield woman was charged with driving under the influence after police said that she crashed her car in Easton in October and told her boyfriend to run into the woods. On Oct. 2, police responded to the area of Route 58 and Burr Street in Easton after receiving several reports of a vehicle rolled over on its side, police said. Three School Buses Involved In Crash In Stamford STAMFORD, Conn. -- Three school buses and a car were involved in an accident on Vine Road in Stamford on Monday, according to the Stamford Advocate. The accident occurred just after 8 a.m. on Monday near the intersection with Kerr Road, the Stamford Advocate reported. Vine Road was closed and police set up detours following the accident, according to the Stamford Advocate.
