Search For Suspect Forces Short Lockout At Two Norwalk Schools NORWALK, Conn. — Two Norwalk schools were briefly placed on lockout on Wednesday afternoon as police searched for a suspect who had fled on foot, according to the Hour. Danbury Firefighters Quickly Knock Down Blaze In Home DANBURY, Conn. — Danbury firefighters were able to quickly knock down a blaze that broke out in a home on Great Plain Road early Wednesday morning. Firefighters were dispatched to the home at around 3:30 a.m. for a report of a structure fire. Units arrived on scene to fine heavy smoke coming from the side of the building, and notified dispatch and responding units that they had a working fire. Norwalk Police Seek Man Connected To Anti-Muslim Flyers Left On Cars NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk Police are seeking help identifying a man who may have information about anti-Muslim flyers that were recently found on cars on the Webster Street parking lot. Trucks Catch Fire At Landscaping Company In Danbury DANBURY, Conn. — Several trucks caught on fire at a landscaping and construction company on South Street in Danbury Tuesday night, according to the Danbury Fire Department. Fire units were dispatched to C.F.C. Landscaping and Construction on South Street at around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday on a report of numerous vehicles on fire. Bridgeport Gas Station Robbed At Gunpoint; Police Seek 3 Suspects BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Three men armed with handguns robbed a gas station on Madison Avenue in Bridgeport on Monday night. Norwalk Man Arrested With A Pound Of Pot In Westport WESTPORT, Conn. -- A Norwalk man was found with more than a pound of marijuana in his car following a traffic stop in Westport this weekend, according to police. Carnival Worker Wanted On Sexual Assault Charges Arrested In Trumbull TRUMBULL, Conn. -- A carnival worker wanted on sexual assault charges in New York was arrested in Trumbull last week, according to the Trumbull Times.
