Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories. 

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Tewksbury Police Find 20 Grams Of Fentanyl On Alleged Quincy Drug Dealer An alleged drug dealer from Quincy was arrested in possession of 20 grams of Fentanyl in Tewksbury, authorities said.  Jorge Ramirez Andujar, age 30, was charged with trafficking more than 10 grams of Fentanyl on Monday, Aug. 8, Tewksbury Police said.  He is expected to be arraigned in Lowell District Court, police added.

Fallen Highway Sign Shuts Down Right Lane On I-190 South In Central Mass A large highway sign took a dive onto I-190 in Worcester Tuesday morning, Aug. 9, resulting in the closure of the right lane. The incident was reported on I-190 South just before Exit 1 by MassDOT after 8 a.m. A person driving by captured the scene showing traffic cones blocking off the ramp. Traffic was being detoured to Exit 2 as a result. The damage was cleared around 8:43 a.m., NBC Boston reports. No word on what caused the sign to crash.
