A mother of three was found dead, and a man was left fighting for his life after what police say was a domestic violence incident inside a Connecticut home.
Carrie Stetson, 54, a Winsted business owner, was found dead inside a home in the 200 block of Oak Street in Winchester, according to police. Leon Stetson, 67, suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Hartford Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.

Dylan Owen Keefe was riding a Harley-Davidson on Saturday, June 7, along Gilead Street (Route 85) in Hebron, when his motorcycle collided with a 2011 Subaru Legacy that was turning left into a driveway, according to Connecticut State Police.

A Connecticut man who lives in the home where a woman was found dead earlier this year has turned himself in to police after being charged with strangling and threatening a woman he met on a dating app.
Cole Werhan, 28, of Burlington, turned himself in to police on Wednesday, June 25, and was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, and second-degree strangulation/suffocation, according to Connecticut State Police.
