Sex Offender Slashes Woman's Face In Lancaster Street, Police Say A woman was slashed across her face on Wednesday night, Aug. 7, Lancaster City police announced the following day.  Victor Manuel Sanchez, 62, of Lancaster, appeared to be attempting to stab the woman "possibly beat a female with a knife in the 100 block of N. Murder-Suicide Married Couple ID'd By Northampton County Coroner An elderly couple was killed in what authorities are calling a murder-suicide, the Northampton County Coroner’s Office announced on Tuesday, Aug. 6. The couple was 78-year-old Celeste L. Kistler and 80-year-old Larry A.
