Mennonite Toddler ID'd After Fatal Train Strike In Central PA A 15-months and 14-days-old boy has been identified after being struck by a Norfolk Southen Train on Thursday. Landis Sensenig Newswanger was hit by a Norfolk Southern train running along the tracks in his backyard in the 400 block of West Main Street, South Newton Township, Cumberland County at 10:04 a.m. on Dec. 7, according to state police and later identified in his obituary. Entrapped Woman Charged After Hit By Dump Truck In Ephrata: Police (Photos) A woman has been charged after her vehicle was struck by a dump truck — entrapping her on Thursday morning, Northern Lancaster County Regional police explained. Rebecca Heebner was stuck in her 2005 Toyota Scion after she was struck by Glen Horning, who was driving a 2005 Peterbilt dump truck, owned by Martin Paving, according to the NLCRPD. Heart Issue Kills Driver On US Rt 15 In Central PA: Police One person has died following a crash on US Route 15 on Wednesday, according to Upper Allen Township Police. Donna Teeter, 82 of Mechanicsburg had a heart condition that led her to crash, according to Cumberland County Coroner Charles Hall. The fatal single-vehicle crash happened on US Rt 15 near mile marker 39.7 around 2:50 p.m. on Dec. 6, according to township police.
