Woman, 59, Hit By Car In Morris County A 59-year-old woman was hospitalized after being hit by a car in Morris County, authorities said. The woman, a Long Valley resident, was hit in the parking lot of the Washington Township Municipal Building on Schooleys Mountain Road just before 9:20 a.m. Friday, police Lt. Mark Niemynski told Daily Voice. The woman was taken to Morristown Hospital for treament, Niemynski said. The driver, a 77-year-old Long Valley resident, was issued a summons for careless driving.
