Toms River Restaurant Announces Closure
37 Eats in Toms River will be serving its last meal.
The restaurant, located on Route 37, announced it was closing its doors on Monday, May 11.
"This was not an easy choice, and we are incredibly grateful for everyone who supported us along the way, our loyal guests, dedicated staff, friends, and community who walked through our doors and made this place special," the restaurant wrote on social media. A sweet treat sold across the country is now part of a widened food safety warning.
Spring & Mulberry expanded its voluntary recall of select chocolate bars because of possible Salmonella contamination, according to a company announcement posted by the Food and Drug Administration on Friday, May 8.
