At 7:45 p.m., Madison police received a call about a man peeing outside Madison Pharmacy at 66 Main St., the Borough of Madison said. The man was not a Madison resident and had arrived via New Jersey Transit, authorities said. He was issued a summons and offered available resources, authorities said. An investigation determined that the individual had been in Madison for less than two hours and departed on public transit shortly after the incident, police said.
