Moriarty, of Vernon, was charged with operating a drug factory, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia, officials said.  The East Central Narcotics Task Force raided Moriarty's home on Tuesday after months of investigating.
