Man Rapes, Murders 3-Year-Old Girl At Capital Region Home, DA Says A man from the region is facing murder charges after allegedly raping and killing a 3-year-old girl. Robert Fisher, age 33, of Rensselaer, was indicted for second-degree murder and first-degree rape by a Rensselaer County grand jury on Friday, July 28. According to prosecutors, emergency crews were called to a Rensselaer home near Broadway and Tracy Street on Friday, July 7, for a young girl who wasn’t breathing. Shooting Injuring 8-Year-Old: Police Looking For These Cars In Drive-By At Long Island Home Police are working to identify two vehicles that were seen outside a Long Island home targeted in a drive-by shooting that injured a young child. The shooting happened at around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 26, in Medford, at a home located on Cedar Lane between West Lane and Barbara Lane. Duo Steals $37K Worth Of Bags From Long Island Louis Vuitton Wearing Graduation Caps, Gowns Police are working to identify two people accused of stealing over $37,000 worth of merchandise from a Louis Vuitton store on Long Island. The theft occurred on Saturday, June 24, at the Walt Whitman Shops mall in Huntington Station, according to Suffolk County Police. Troopers in Schoharie County were called to a home on Route 7 in the town of Cobleskill on Sunday evening, July 23, for a report of trespassers. Clerk Steals $125K Worth Of Jewelry From Customers Of Long Island Business, Police Say An employee at a Long Island jewelry store is accused of stealing over $100,000 worth of jewelry from customers over a three-year period. Laura Bee, age 59, of Lake Grove, was arrested Tuesday, July 25, for allegedly stealing from clients of Ever Love Jewelers, located in Huntington on New York Avenue.
