Yonkers police and the Westchester County Department of Public Safety were called at around 5 p.m. with reports of a shooting that occurred near South Broadway and Ludlow Street. Jackeline Caraballo, age 15, and Le’Airra Ivery, age 14, ran away from a residential treatment facility in Brownsville, Brooklyn on Thursday, Sept. 29, the New York City Police Department said.
