A three-night celestial meetup will unfold from Tuesday, June 16, through Thursday, June 18, when a slender waxing crescent moon joins Venus, Jupiter, and Mercury in the western evening sky, according to AccuWeather.

A Marine and soon-to-be father was found dead in a hotel room while on assignment, leaving investigators searching for answers and loved ones mourning a sudden loss.
Sgt. Albert Haynes II, 24, of Austin, Pennsylvania, was discovered dead in a hotel room in Starke, Florida, on Friday, May 30, according to the U.S. Marine Corps.
Haynes was assigned to Lima Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island and was supporting a poolee function with Recruiting Station Jacksonville while on temporary additional duty when he died, military officials said.
