A longtime supplier of fire department equipment is relocating to Hackensack after purchasing an industrial building for $1.48 million, according to the broker.
New Jersey Fire Equipment acquired 163 Liberty St., a 6,000-square-foot industrial building, in a deal brokered by NAI James E. Hanson Vice President Dominic Fittizzi, who represented both the seller, JWC MGT, LLC, and the buyer.

A retail center anchored by AMC Theatres and Chuck E. Cheese in East Hanover has sold for $13.75 million, according to RE-NJ, citing RIPCO Real Estate.
The property at 145 Route 10 spans 70,549 square feet and sits on more than 15 acres along one of Morris County's busiest commercial corridors. The center is fully occupied and also includes GolfTec, Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep, and an AT&T cell antenna tenant, according to a RIPCO marketing package.
