At 3:54 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, officers responded to an apartment complex after a maintenance worker said he had been struck in the face by a resident while inspecting a vacant residence, Mount Oliv police said. The assailant was identified as David Zabita and he was arrested and charged with simple assault, police said.
