Raheem Hines, age 44, of Albany, was arrested Monday, May 16, according to authorities. Investigators said at the time of his arrest Hines had a loaded 9mm handgun, Albany Police said. His capture came nearly a week after the victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound to her abdomen inside her home on Partridge Street near Madison Avenue.
