A condemned Pennsylvania home packed with hundreds of rats, dead rodents stored in a freezer, and ammonia-filled air has led to criminal charges against two residents, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Thursday, June 4.
Thomas Paul Busch II, 37, and Jennifer Marie Busch, 43, were charged after Steelton police and animal cruelty investigators found what authorities described as dangerous and inhumane living conditions inside a condemned home on the 40 block of South Harrisburg Street, according to criminal complaints and affidavits.
