Paul Milo has worked as a reporter in northern New Jersey for more than 20 years, first for North Jersey Media Group / NorthJersey.com, then at Patch.com and at NJ.com / The Star-Ledger. He has written about a 106-year-old World War I veteran, the Sept. 11 attacks and a 15-year-old stock manipulator who was the youngest person ever civilly charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission, among many other stories. He has interviewed governors, presidential candidates and celebrities including Ryan Seacrest and comedian Kevin Hart.

In addition to his work for New Jersey-based outlets, he has also written for BeliefNet, Editor and Publisher, The Huffington Post, The Boston Globe and other publications, as well as freelance assignments for global chemical company BASF.

His first book, Your Flying Car Awaits, was published by HarperCollins in 2010. As part of the book’s promotional efforts he was interviewed by The New York Times and on WNYC radio’s The Brian Lehrer Show

Woman Hit While Crossing Linden Street In Serious Condition A 29-year-old woman suffered serious injuries Wednesday night when she was struck by a vehicle, Lt. Christopher Guenther of the Linden Police Department said in a statement.  The woman was crossing East Elizabeth Avenue at McCandless Street around 10 p.m. when she was hit by a Ford Escape heading east on East Elizabeth, Geunther said.  The woman was taken to University Hospital in Newark. The driver was unhurt and remained on the scene. Bayonne Fire Displaces Dozens Of People Two Bayonne homes suffered heavy damage in a fire Wednesday night, authorities said.  The blaze broke out on E. 16th Street around 6 p.m. in a garbage can between the two homes, News 12 New Jersey reported.
