Sayquan Hill, 42, of Troy, pleaded guilty to first-degree rape in Rensselaer County Court on Tuesday, Nov. 25. An investigation found that the assault happened in downtown Troy in February, when Hill forced himself on the girl after she approached him for help with directions, according to prosecutors.
