View Children's Art In Show At Vassar College In Poughkeepsie POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y.-- An outpouring of more than 200 artworks by local nursery, elementary and intermediate school students will be displayed in the exhibition, “A Celebration of Children’s Art,” at Vassar College’s 31st annual John Iyoya Children’s Art Show. Paramus Students 'Rethink Their Drinks' PARAMUS, N.J. -- Parkway Elementary School students in Paramus learned to “rethink their drinks” when they saw just how much sugar is actually found in different types of sugar-sweetened beverages, including sports drinks, sodas, fruit punch and even some 100-percent fruit juices.Since sugar-sweetened beverages often have little to no nutritional value, they should be limited no more than two servings each week. Parkway students were encouraged to stick with milk at meals and go wild for water at all other times. Smart drinking is healthy drinking!
