Valhalla Vikings Win By One Point, Meet Basketball Alum
VALHALLA, N.Y. -- It was a special night for the Valhalla High School boys varsity and junior varsity basketball players on Friday, Jan. 22. Not only did they beat Pleasantville High School, but they were also visited by members of the Valhalla basketball teams from the 1970s and 1980s. Near the end of the intense game against Pleasantville, the Valhalla team trailed by one point - 49-48. With two seconds left, 10th-grader Orlando Clarke scored a buzzer beater to win the game 50-49.
