More than three pounds of cocaine were seized in a random traffic stop in the Capital Region, police said.
Lionel J. Manigault, 41, of Brooklyn, was driving through Malta on Interstate 87 on Sunday, July 5 when state troopers pulled him over for a traffic violation, New York State Police said.
Investigators seized at least two packages containing more than 1.5 kilograms of cocaine, authorities said. They also found a “large amount” of cash, according to state police.
