Juan Rivera, a 27-year-old Troy man, was instead convicted of first-degree manslaughter in the death of Kevin Hall Jr., the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s office said.
Rivera and Hall, 47, were involved in a fight over property on April 21, 2025, in Troy when Rivera stabbed Hall in the chest with a knife, prosecutors said.

Leonard Repka, 63; Vincent Repka, 58; and Nikitas Margiellos, 53, were busted for the Saturday, April 11 home invasion in North Valley Stream, the Nassau County Police Department said.
