At 11 a.m., firefighters responded to the Laurel Hill apartments and discovered a quick moving blaze, the Lindenwold Fire Department said. Firefighters worked quickly and in freezing conditions to contain the blaze, tolling a second alarm for additional manpower. No injuries were reported and one cat was rescued, firefighters said. Meth Gets Long Island Man Arrested In Stafford: Police A 31-year-old Long Island man was arrested and charged with possessing methamphetamine in Stafford, authorities announced Tuesday, Feb. 24. At noon on Saturday, Feb. 21, officers conducted a pedestrian stop in the area of Route 72 and Route 9 and found Tyler Friedenthal in possession of meth and drug paraphernalia, Stafford police said. Friedenthal had one active outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Jersey City Municipal Court, police said. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and the one active outstanding warrant, police said.
