On Sunday, May 17 at 12:56 a.m., a UTV-type vehicle was observed driving through Alpha Park and knocking over portable toilets, Phillipsburg Police said. Ketamine Gets Driver Arrested: Stafford PD A 57-year-old Manahawkin woman was arrested and charged with possessing ketamine, authorities announced. At 2:57 a.m. on Friday, May 8, officers conducted a motor vehicle stop near East Bay Avenue and Parker Street and determined the driver, Kimberly Strahle was in possession of drugs, Stafford Township police said. A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of ketamine which Strahle did not have a valid prescription for, police said. Strahle was charged with one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, police said.
