Basement Fire Tolls 2 Alarms In Madison A fire that started in the basement quickly spread to the rest of a home in Madison Borough on Sunday, May 17, authorities said. At 7 p.m., firefighters responded to the scene and immediately tolled a second alarm, bringing additional units to the scene, the borough said in a release. Ketamine Gets Driver Arrested: Stafford PD A 57-year-old Manahawkin woman was arrested and charged with possessing ketamine, authorities announced. At 2:57 a.m. on Friday, May 8, officers conducted a motor vehicle stop near East Bay Avenue and Parker Street and determined the driver, Kimberly Strahle was in possession of drugs, Stafford Township police said. A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of ketamine which Strahle did not have a valid prescription for, police said. Strahle was charged with one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, police said.
