Coldwell Banker Report Finds 8 County Town's Among State's Most Expensive FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Eight Fairfield County communities ranked among the most expensive in the state, according to a report from Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. In its 2015 Home Listing Report, which ranks the affordability of 78 real estate markets in Connecticut, Greenwich ranked as the most expensive market in Connecticut with an average listing price of $1,290,921 for a four-bedroom, two-bath home.
