Norwalk Babe Ruth Hosts 11-Year-Old State Tournament NORWALK, Conn. — Norwalk Cal Ripken Baseball will host the 11 year-old Connecticut State Baseball Championship Tournament beginning this weekend at Devine Field. The tournament will feature the state’s top eight 11 year-old Cal Ripken teams based on district qualifying tournaments earlier this month. The double elimination tournament will be held July 18-25 at Tim Devine Field, 32 Midrocks Drive. The winning team will advance to the Cal Ripken New England Regional Tournament in Dover, NH (July 31-Aug. 8).
