Retail Sales Fall During Rough Winter WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- February retail sales fell for the third straight month, the Wall Street Journal reported Thursday. Despite an improving job market and cheaper gasoline prices, sales fell amid rough winter weather and consumer caution.  Sales fell 0.6 percent in February, according to the Commerce Department. She was born in Ossining on Jan. 12, 1927, the daughter of Nunzio and Angelina Pace Lobasso. On Sept. 13, 1947, she married Joseph F. McCarthy in St. Ann's Church and the couple settled in North Tarrytown, where they raised their family. Mary was a member of the Sleepy Hollow Seniors and the Transfiguration Seniors.
