Paul Hurley, 49, admitted he shortchanged 54 workers out of $100,000 at Desmond's Steakhouse, which bills itself as "New York City's Premiere Steakhouse" on its website. Gregory Nelson, 29, was charged with assault, breach of peace and intimidation based on bigotry and bias after the dispute, police said. Merritt Closed In Greenwich Due To Morning Accident GREENWICH, Conn. -- The Merritt Parkway northbound was closed in Greenwich on Wednesday morning due to an accident shortly after 8 a.m., according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation.  The accident involved an overturned vehicle and occurred between Exits 27 and 28 on the northbound side of the Merritt. DOT said the crash involved two vehicles.  There was no indication when the incident would be cleared. Motorists should expect long delays in the area, DOT said.

Norwalk Mad Bulls Crown 3 State Wrestling Champions NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Mad Bulls youth wrestling team sent a team record of six wrestlers to the state finals and crowned three champions.
