Norwalk Girl Wins Editor's Choice Award At World Maker Faire NORWALK, Conn. -- Blythe Serrano, an 11-year-old Norwalk girl, was awarded an Editor's Choice Award at the recent World Maker Faire New York 2014. She made a 3D printed light-up at night pet collar, which she demonstrated at the Faire. When it’s dark, the collar illuminates so that you can see your pet easily.
