Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

Found: 10-Year-Old Girl Went Missing In Monmouth County UPDATE: Authorities in Central Jersey said they have found a 10-year-old girl who was reported missing early Monday.  Jai Parrish walked away from her Neptune Township home on Monday morning, township police said. Jersey Shore Firefighters Search For Missing Jet Skier First responders were called to help search for a missing Jersey Shore jet skier early Monday, authorities said. An abandoned jet ski with personal belongings was found about 6 p.m. on Sunday in South Seaside Park (South Bayside and 24th avenues) in Berkeley Township, initial reports said.  On Monday morning, the water search had shifted to Roberts Avenue, reports said. Teen Admits To Stabbing Two Rockland Men On Jersey Shore, Prosecutor Says A teenager has admitted to stabbing two Hudson Valley men on the Jersey Shore during a fight last year, authorities said. Juwan Roman, age 18, of Newark, pleaded guilty on Thursday, May 13 to two counts of aggravated assault and weapons offenses, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
