Ridgefield's Keeler Tavern Pairs Wines With Music For Benefit Event RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Ridgefield's Keeler Tavern Garden House will be the setting for a wine tasting and music experience hosted by the husband-and-wife team Fred Tregaskis and Louise Baranger. The event will be held on Thursday, June 2, from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. Throughout the evening, guests can taste a variety of wines and sample hors d'oeuvres as they listen to music from the ages, from Bach to Bebop, chosen specifically to accompany each wine. Get A Great Deal At St. Paul's Episcopal Church's Book Sale In Greenwich GREENWICH, Conn. -- The St. Paul’s-Riverside book sale will be June 3-4 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Greenwich.The preview party, from 6-8 p.m. Friday has a $10 admission fee. On Saturday, admission is free from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The sale will offer more than 8,000 books across all categories, from new releases to collectible editions to “beach reading.” It also offers kids and young adult books. Hike The Chalk Hill Nature Trail In Monroe On National Trails Day MONROE, Conn. -- The Chalk Hill Nature Trail has been selected as Monroe’s venue for a family-style hike on National Trails Day, Saturday, June 4, beginning at 10 a.m.The trail is open to the public at no charge.
