Jonathan Gresseau, 23, of Netcong, disappeared beneath the water at Tilcon Lake while paddleboarding with a group of adults around 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, Morris County Prosecutor's Office spokesperson Meghan Knab confirmed.
