Tornado Watch Issued For 16 NJ Counties: Here's Where
A tornado watch has been issued for 16 New Jersey counties Monday, March 16, as a powerful storm system moves through the region, according to the National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center.
The watch was issued at 11:30 a.m. Monday, March 16, and remains in effect until 7 p.m., the Storm Prediction Center said.

A 62-year-old domestic violence advocate with roots in Passaic County was found stabbed to death in her North Carolina home, and her husband has been charged with murder, authorities said.
Monica Muna Kazan-Scheck was found dead with multiple stab wounds by deputies in a New Bern, NC home at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 24, the Craven County Sheriff’s Office said.
