Alex Norenberg, 16, was riding his bike late in the afternoon on Tuesday, May 5, in the eastbound lanes of West Joppa Road in Towson, when he attempted to make a turn onto Abell Ridge Drive and was struck by a driver, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
