The blaze broke out in the three-story duplex located in the 200 block of Wyoming Avenue in East Pennsboro Township at 10:52 p.m., officials explained. Officers responded to the Sunoco gas station at 161 Route 46 for a report of a man, later identified as Shekeab Shroff, in a silver Porsche impaired, Denville police said.
