A 22-year-old woman faces charges after driving away from the scene of a crash in Westchester that left a victim injured, police said. The crash happened around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24, when a 67-year-old woman was struck while crossing Mamaroneck Avenue from west to east in the crosswalk at the intersection with Prospect Street, according to the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department. A Hudson Valley man was killed after crashing an SUV into the center median guardrail on Route 17. The incident occurred in Orange County at 7:50 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 10, on Route 17 westbound near Exit 122 in Wallkill.
