Authorities have charged a second suspect in the brutal beating death of a man found inside an abandoned commercial building in Rockland County, police announced.
Ector Ramirez, 22, of Spring Valley, was charged with second-degree murder on Friday, Feb. 21, in connection with the killing, according to a felony complaint filed by the Spring Valley Police Department.
