A Manhattan woman has been identified after she was found dead on a boat docked in Montauk, Suffolk County Police announced on Tuesday, Aug. 5. Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra, 33, of Manhattan, was discovered unconscious on a vessel at the Montauk Yacht Club, located on Star Island Road, around 12 a.m., according to police. East Hampton Town Police responded after a man called 911 to report the woman.
