Body Found In Water Along Sprain Brook Parkway In Yonkers
Authorities are investigating after a body was discovered in a waterway next to the Sprain Brook Parkway in Westchester. The body was spotted on Wednesday, Feb. 19 in the Grassy Sprain Brook in Yonkers near the Kimball Avenue overpass alongside the Sprain Brook Parkway, Yonkers Police Sgt. Robert Spink said on Thursday, Feb. 20. Upon arrival, officers found the deceased adult man in the water. As of Thursday, the man's identity and cause of death have not been determined. Man Found Dead As Pennsylvania State Police Serve Arrest Warrant In New Oxford
A man was found dead as Pennsylvania State Police attempted to serve an arrest warrant at a home in New Oxford Borough, authorities announced on Wednesday, Feb. 19. Troopers arrived at a residence on Carlisle Street in Adams County at 7:20 a.m. and entered the home to execute the warrant, according to a PSP Gettysburg Crime Unit release. Once inside, they discovered the 56-year-old New Oxford man deceased. The nature of his death has not been disclosed, and an investigation is ongoing.
