Charles Avedis Hutton, 24, a Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) competitor, was seen running through the parking lot of the Sheetz at 1508 Cedar Cliff Drive, Camp Hill, on Sunday, March 3, waving the massive blade and yelling, according to Lower Allen Township Police.
